The works contract "Sewerage system in Izvoarele commune" includes: Izvoarele commune: OBJECT 1 - Sewage network and pumping stations in Izvoarele locality • Sub-object 1.1 Sewage network in Izvoarele locality Ltotal = 14,367.62 m; • Sub-object 1.2 Wastewater pumping stations in Izvoarele locality (SPAU-10 units, Ltotal discharge pipe = 3,544.55 m. OBJECT 2 – Sewerage network and pumping stations in Chiriacu locality • Sub-object 2.1 Sewerage network in Chiriacu locality Ltotal = 14,295.63 m; • Sub-object 2.2 Wastewater pumping stations in Chiriacu locality (SPAU-10 units, Ltotal discharge pipe = 2,128.64 m. The works will be executed simultaneously. The value of the contract includes the Implementation Reserve (provisioned amounts) according to those mentioned in Chapter 4, Section 4 - Lists of quantities, Provisioned Quantities, respectively 1,218,679.00 lei, but does not include miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses. The amounts provided at the level of the proposal form The financial amount represents the nominal, unchangeable fixed amount" and is included in the estimated value of the contract. The contract consists of the execution period of the works which is 30 months from the order to start the works, to which is added the period for notification of defects/warranty period which is at least 36 months from the signing of the acceptance report upon completion of the works.
