The purchase of car fuel based on cards aims to fuel the vehicles owned by D.G.A.S.P.C Constanta, in order to travel to the field to carry out social surveys, various activities of offices, centers, transport of children, transport of food from centralized kitchens, transport of intervention teams, insured 24 h mobile team, transport to hospitals in the country. By awarding the car fuel, the contracting authority aims to conclude a framework supply agreement and associated subsequent contracts, in order to ensure the necessary car fuel, namely gasoline and diesel, for the vehicles in the car fleet of DGASPC Constanta. The framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 24 months, and the award of subsequent contracts will be made according to the needs of the contracting authority. The contracting authority will conclude 2 subsequent contracts for a period of 12 months according to the needs and in relation to the allocated budgetary funds. The estimated quantities related to the framework agreement are set out in the specifications. The contracting authority will respond clearly, completely and unambiguously to all requests for clarifications 11 days before the deadline set in the contract notice for submission of tenders, provided that the request for clarifications is submitted in a timely manner.
