Design Services, technical assistance from the designer, project verification and execution of works for the project: "Rehabilitation of the main heat transport network in Arad municipality", financed by the Modernization Fund, Key Program 5: High-efficiency cogeneration and modernization of district heating networks - Support for the modernization and construction of high-efficiency cogeneration plants and for the modernization of district heating networks. The detailed description of the activities that will be the subject of the public procurement contract can be found in the attached technical documentation. The contracting authority will respond to requests for clarification addressed within the deadline provided in section I.3 (12 days before the deadline established for the submission of offers) 10 days before the deadline established for the submission of offers, so as to comply with the provisions of art. 160-161 of Law 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and completions.
