The contract includes design, execution and technical assistance from the works designer for the objective "SV-CL-06 - Modernization and expansion of water sources, water management and water storage capacities in the localities of Radauti, Marginea, Vicovu de Sus, Putna and Siret, Lot 1 - Radauti water supply system" in accordance with the requirements of the Specifications, as follows: - Increasing the water flow of the aquifers - Maneuti capture. - Rehabilitation of the drinking water storage tank in the locality of Radauti, V = 1x5000 mc. The contract for the design and execution for the objective "SV-CL-06 - Modernization and expansion of water sources, water management and water storage capacities in the localities of Radauti, Marginea, Vicovu de Sus, Putna and Siret, Lot 1 - Radauti water supply system" includes: a) Design activities - Technical Execution Project, which will include all the necessary documents according to the legislation and any documentation necessary to obtain permits and authorizations; support for the Beneficiary in obtaining the necessary permits and authorizations; b) Construction works; c) Supply and installation of machinery and technological equipment; d) Testing and commissioning; e) Training of the Beneficiary's personnel. f) Remedy of any defects that may occur during the Warranty Period. g) During the execution of the works, the contractor will also provide technical assistance from the designer, with all the legal attributions that fall to him for this purpose. The duration of the design and execution of the works and commissioning of the installations is 33 months, broken down as follows: - Design stage: 6 months, - Works execution period: 24 months - Testing and commissioning period: 3 months The defect notification period (PND) is at least 36 months.
