Following this product procurement procedure, a contract for consideration will be concluded. The subject of the Supply Contract, concluded following this product procurement procedure, is the supply of electric buses and slow and fast recharging stations for electric buses, and as an accessory to the main obligation, to supply the products, the Contractor undertakes to provide the CA with those services necessary for the supply of the goods, (art. 3 paragraph (1) letter n) Law 98/2016, art. 1.766 paragraph (2) new Civil Code), referred to within the requirements of these Specifications and within the clauses of the Contract as ancillary operations, such as personnel training, delivery, location, assembly, installation and technical support services. The unit prices of the products are those included by the supplier in the financial proposal. The unit prices of the products include all costs associated with or as a result of fulfilling the requirements of this CS: a) supply of the products to the delivery location indicated by the CA; b) receipt of the products; c) provision of ancillary operations/accessory services; All costs, associated with or resulting from the fulfillment of the requirements of this Specification and the contractual obligations, including those regarding ancillary operations, are the sole responsibility of the Contractor and must be included in the offered value of the products, in the financial proposal. By exception to this requirement, those costs and/or activities that are the responsibility of the CA, will be specified in the contents of this CS and in the Contract. NOTE: The CA will ensure the ATR, the implementation of the technical project and the activities for the arrangement of the installation sites of the recharging stations (support/installation platform, electrical connections, power supply, etc.) before the maximum delivery deadline for the electric buses, under the conditions specified in the Specifications.
