Romania – Electric vehicles – Achiziționarea de microbuze electrice în cadrul Proiectului „REALIZAREA TRANSPORTULUI ÎN SCOP COMUNITAR ÎN COMUNA NAIDĂȘ, JUDEȚ CARAȘ-SEVERIN PRIN ACHIZIȚIA UNUI MICROBUZ ELECTRIC”

The minibuses will meet all the technical and safety conditions for circulation on public roads in Romania, namely all the directives, regulations and norms developed by the European Community that refer to motor vehicles. The bidder will present, on the date of submission of the bids, proof of homologation of the offered motor vehicles, as follows: 1. The offered motor vehicles are homologated in Romania with a Type Approval Certificate, issued by RAR, or 2. The offered motor vehicles are homologated by the competent authorities in one of the EU Member States. At the time of submission of the bids, either the Type Approval Certificate, issued by RAR or proof of homologations issued by the competent authorities in one of the EU Member States must be presented. In this situation, the bidder will necessarily present, upon submission of the bid, a copy of the CoC (Certificate of Conformity) issued by the manufacturer for the offered Minibus model. All provisions, with reference to Minibuses and their components, the provisions of OUG no. 71/2021 on the promotion of clean road transport vehicles, in support of low-emission mobility, for the repeal of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 40/2011 on the promotion of clean and energy-efficient road transport vehicles and Law no. 37/2018 on the promotion of environmentally friendly transport. of the standards, directives, regulations specified in Directive no. 2007/46/EC, respectively OMLPTL no. 211/2003 - RNTR 2, OMTCT no. 2132/2005 RNTR-7, OMTCT no. 2135/2005 - RNTR 4, with the latest amendments in force on the date of their homologation, respectively their registration in Romania, of the Romanian legislation in the field in force, including with reference to the unlimited access of passengers with reduced mobility, the introduction and marketing of Minibuses or their components on the Romanian market, those with reference to labor protection and the safety of transported passengers.
