The purchase of electricity for educational and accommodation spaces connected to medium and low voltage is desired, as an eligible consumer, in the estimated quantities and at the technical parameters specific to the places of consumption belonging to the University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Craiova. The object of the contract is the purchase, transport, distribution and delivery of electricity. A framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 48 months with a maximum of 3 economic operators, by awarding subsequent contracts without resuming the competition. Subsequent contracts will be concluded with the bidder ranked first in the final ranking. Subsequent contracts will usually be concluded annually (between 4 and 5 contracts). In the event that the first bidder cannot complete the subsequent contract, it will be awarded to the bidder ranked next in the final ranking. The estimated value excluding VAT of the smallest framework agreement at the estimated basic price and regulated tariffs according to the legislation in force on the date of the specifications in table no. 1 is 4,290,751.80 RON and of the largest framework agreement is 5,721,002.40. The estimated value excluding VAT of the smallest subsequent contract at the estimated basic price and regulated tariffs according to the legislation in force on the date of the specifications in table no. 1 is 357,562.65 RON and of the largest subsequent contract is 1,430,250.60 RON.
