Romania – Electricity – Achiziție gaze naturale

The aim is to purchase natural gas necessary for the operation of the thermal power plants, cooking equipment and laboratory installations of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Craiova. The object of the contract is the purchase, transport, distribution and delivery of natural gas. A framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 48 months with a maximum of 3 economic operators, by awarding subsequent contracts without resuming the competition. Subsequent contracts will be concluded with the bidder ranked first in the final ranking. Subsequent contracts will usually be concluded annually (between 4 and 5 contracts). In the event that the first bidder cannot complete the subsequent contract, it will be awarded to the bidder ranked next in the final ranking. The estimated value excluding VAT of the smallest framework agreement including the regulated tariffs according to the legislation in force is 4,212,000.00 RON and of the largest framework agreement is 5,616,000.00 RON. The estimated value excluding VAT of the smallest subsequent contract at the estimated basic price and regulated tariffs according to the legislation in force on the date of the specifications is 351,500.00 RON and of the largest subsequent contract is 1,404,000.00 RON.
