The object of the procurement consists of the purchase of low voltage electricity - CPV code 09310000-5, for a period of 45 months, at the point of consumption detailed in chapter 2.2 of these Specifications. The maximum and minimum estimated values of the framework agreement, of the largest subsequent contract, respectively of the smallest subsequent contract, are the following: - Maximum estimated value of the framework agreement: 6,252,187.95 lei excluding VAT - Minimum estimated value of the framework agreement: 138,937.51 lei excluding VAT - Value of the largest subsequent contract: 1,667,250.12 lei excluding VAT - Value of the smallest subsequent contract: 138,937.51 lei excluding VAT. The minimum quantity of electricity estimated to be purchased under the framework agreement is 3,80,000 kWh; The maximum amount of electricity estimated to be purchased under the framework agreement is 7,125,000 kWh; Maximum amount estimated for the smallest subsequent contract – 949,999.99 kWh; Maximum amount estimated for the largest subsequent contract – 1,900,000 kWh. For the point of consumption, the electricity supplied will comply with the performance indicators established by ANRE according to the Performance Standard for the electricity distribution service, approved by Order of the President of ANRE no. 131/2022, respectively Order of the President of ANRE no. 162/2015, with subsequent amendments and supplements.
