Romania – Feasibility study, advisory service, analysis – Completare / Revizuire / Actualizare Studiu de Fezabilitate privind masuri de siguranta prin “Modernizare DN 67C Bengești – Sebeș km 0 + 000 – km 148 + 414”

The following services will be provided under the contract and the following documents will be drawn up: • Technical expertise; • Completion/Revision/Update of the Feasibility Study; • Technical Assistance granted to the Beneficiary for the procedure for awarding the Design and Execution of Works In accordance with the provisions of art. 221 of Law 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and completions, and in compliance with article 20 of the Service Contract, any changes that may occur during the contract period refer to the following, without being limited to them: 1. changes of the contracting parties, under the conditions provided for in art. 221 paragraph (1) letter d), point (ii); 2. changes/legislative/normative/STAS/norms/orders/instructions/etc.; 3. requests from Authorities/Entities/Institutions issuing approvals/agreements/authorizations/permits or from other entities that have powers related to the project (MTIC, MFE, Central and/or Local Institutions, ARR, Beneficiary, MAI, SRI, Certified Verifiers, etc.); 4. extension of deadlines for submitting reports/deliverables (documents/documentation); 5. replacement of personnel nominated by the Provider for the performance of the contract; 6. extension of the contract duration; 7. replacement/introduction of subcontractors; 8. application of the law on historical monuments, conducting a road safety audit, developing a PUZ; 9. requirements regarding archaeological research and works. The modifications will be made after the signing of the contract, in accordance with the contractual provisions, only on the condition that they do not represent substantial modifications within the meaning of the provisions of art. 221 paragraph (7) of Law no. 98/2016.
