Romania – Feasibility study – ”Electrificare Linia 509 Verești – Leorda – Botoșani” – Studiu de fezabilitate

In accordance with the award documentation and the Specifications, the Feasibility Study on the electrification of the railway line will describe all the works requested in the Specifications: fixed electric traction installations (power supply installations, contact line, remote control and remote control installations, railway energy dispatcher, etc.) and changes to be made to the signaling installations, ELF installations, works to the line device necessary to implement the project. The feasibility study will include: - Evaluation of the existing situation and the need for investment; - Analysis of transport demand; - Development of the Cost Benefit Analysis; - Analysis and estimation of investment costs, quotes and investment implementation schedule; - Cost risk assessment; - Development of environmental documentation; - Development of the site plan, the expropriation corridor and assistance for the transfer of ownership; - Maintenance and operation plan; - Obtaining Authorizations, Approvals and Agreements; - Preparation of the documentation necessary to promote the investment for financing and the technical documentation necessary to prepare the tender documentation for the acquisition of the design and execution of the works and the supervision (consultancy) of the design and execution of the works. The design services will be carried out by qualified personnel from specialized companies, authorized and approved by AFER, according to Order no. 290 / 2000.
