Romania – Feasibility study – Studiu de fezabilitate "Electrificarea a 6 secții de circulație a sistemului feroviar din România – Lot 2: Pitești - Slatina – Craiova - SRCF Craiova"

For the development of the Feasibility Study, the Contractor will comply with the applicable normative and regulatory acts specific to railway infrastructure, construction, in force, in order to present a "mature" project, which corresponds to the most efficient solution from a technical and economic point of view, for which the financing source for the implementation of the investment objective will be approved, with the assurance of technical specifications for interoperability on the territory of Romania and compliance with the standards imposed for the European Corridors and TEN-T Corridors. The Feasibility Study will identify and present the optimal investment option from both a technical, economic and operational point of view for achieving the general and specific objectives, taking into account its compliance with the technical interoperability requirements provided for by EU and national regulations. The provisions of the specifications no. 134/5/16.01.2025 will be taken into account.
