Romania – Flowmeters – ”APARATE DE MĂSURĂ, CONTROL ȘI DETECȚII PIERDERI APĂ”

APAVITAL S.A. as the Contracting Entity wishes to purchase "Water loss measurement and detection devices", which will be used both for the maintenance of the systems already in operation by the company, and for the development of new drinking water distribution systems. The purchase of these "Water loss measurement and detection devices" is due to the needs for measuring, identifying water volumes and monitoring flows and pressures in the distribution system to areas that are in continuous demographic development. The general objective of the investment project is to increase the degree of assurance of drinking water supply to the population served by the Regional Operator APAVITAL S.A., as well as the level of collection and treatment of domestic wastewater. The acquisition of "Water loss measurement and detection devices" related to the maintenance and operation of water infrastructure, namely the activity of measuring and metering the volumes supplied to subscribers as well as the detection of water losses in the distribution system, in the operating area of the Regional Operator APAVITAL S.A. was planned. By using these "Water loss measurement and detection devices", it is expected to improve the operational capacity of the Regional Operator of water services in Iași County, contributing to improving the quality of services provided to the customers it serves in the operating area (population, economic agents).
