Security services and protection of goods and persons According to the developed Specifications, the present procedure envisages the acquisition of security services with security agents, for a period of 48 months, in accordance with Law no. 333/2003 on the security of objectives, goods and values and the protection of persons, Order no. 1365/25.07.2008, on the organization of the security service and the access regime in public health units with beds, DECISION no. 301 of April 11, 2012 for the approval of the Methodological Norms for the application of Law no. 333/2003 on the security of objectives, goods, values and the protection of persons, at the following objectives: 1.
