Romania – Hospital facilities construction work – Execuție lucrări de construcții, instalații și echipamente tehnologice pentru obiectivul de investiții <<Construire ,,Spitalul Judeţean de Urgenţă Focşani - județul Vrancea”>>

The object of the contract to be awarded through this public procurement procedure consists of the execution of construction and installation works, including technological equipment, in accordance with art. 23 and 24 of Law 10/1995 on quality in construction, republished with subsequent amendments and completions, for the investment objective <>. The object of the contract resulting from this procedure is the execution of all works broadly identified within the technical project and the related annexes that are an integral part of the award documentation and includes: (i) the purchase, transport and commissioning of all materials and equipment provided for in the technical project; (ii) the purchase, transport and installation of all equipment provided for in the technical project; (iii) any relevant testing and trials, such as these tests and trials required by the legislation and regulations in the field of the quality assurance system in construction; (iv) any consumables necessary for the execution of the works and the performance of the tests; (v) normal and extraordinary maintenance of the works until their handover to the Contracting Authority; (vi) activities and consumables necessary for maintaining the site clean and functional, dismantling and removing any temporary works or activities; (vii) preparing any documentation necessary for the Contractor to execute the works, documentation that includes but is not limited to: a) Execution details regarding the installation of equipment, which should also contain the technical specifications given by the manufacturers; b) Public investment realization schedules (physical and value); c) Quality plan for execution; d) Quality control plan; e) Certifications and material test results. (viii) documenting the information necessary for the Technical Book of the construction, including the documentation of the operating instructions.
