Romania – Hospital facilities construction work – Proiectarea, execuția lucrărilor, verificarea tehnică de specialitate și dotarea obiectivului de investiție "Construcție clădire nouă inclusiv dotarea infrastructurii Spitalului Orășenesc Hârlău”

The contract covers services for the preparation of technical and economic documentation for the DTAC, POE, PT and DDE phases, documentation necessary for obtaining agreements, approvals and authorizations related to the investment objective, technical assistance from the designer, execution of construction works and supply of goods and products for the equipment of the objective "Design, execution of works, specialized technical verification and equipment of the investment objective "Construction of a new building including the equipment of the infrastructure of the Hârlău City Hospital"". The duration of the contract is 87 months starting with the issuance of the Order to start the services/works and is made up of a 4-month period for design, a 20-month period for the execution of works, equipment of the objective and technical assistance from the designer, a 3-month period for the approval of the technical project, specialized technical verification and for organizing receptions upon completion and finalization of the works and a 60-month warranty period for the works performed.
