Romania – Hospital facilities construction work – REABILITAREA, MODERNIZAREA CORPULUI EXISTENT ȘI EXTINDERE CORP NOU S+P+5E, INCLUSIV DOTAREA INFRASTRUCTURII SPITALULUI ORĂȘENESC FĂUREI

The contract covers services for the preparation of technical and economic documentation for the DTAC, POE, PT and DDE phases, documentation necessary for obtaining agreements, approvals and authorizations related to the investment objective, technical assistance from the designer, execution of construction works and supply of goods and products for the endowment of the objective REHABILITATION, MODERNIZATION OF THE EXISTING BUILDING AND EXTENSION OF THE NEW BUILDING B+G+5F, INCLUDING THE ENDOWMENT OF THE INFRASTRUCTURE OF THE FAUREI CITY HOSPITAL. The duration of the contract is 93 months starting with the issuance of the Order to start the services/works and is made up of a 6-month period for design, a 24-month period for the execution of the works, the endowment of the objective and technical assistance from the designer, a 3-month period for the approval of the technical project, a specialized technical check and for organizing receptions upon completion and finalization of the works and a 60-month warranty period for the works performed.
