Within this procedure, it is intended to purchase sanitary materials specific to Sterilization, with the minimum technical specifications in Annex 1 to the Specifications and in the quantities provided for in Annex no. 2 to the Specifications. Any request for clarification must be submitted in SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub). In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 paragraph (2) of Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and completions, the Contracting Authority - the purchaser establishes the deadline within which economic operators may submit requests for clarification, respectively within which it will respond to all requests for clarification/additional information, as follows: 1. The deadline until which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submission of bids. 2. The Contracting Authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
