Romania – Portering services – PRESTAREA SERVICIILOR DE PORTAR ÎN CADRUL REGISTRULUI AUTO ROMÂN - R.A. PENTRU LOTUL ȚARA ROMÂNEASCĂ

- The object of the framework agreement consists of the purchase of porter services within the Romanian Motor Registry - R.A. - the Țara Românească lot, according to the requirements specified in the specifications. LOT the Țara Românească lot: Argeș, Brăila, Buzău, Călărași, Caraș-Severin, Constanța, Dâmbovița, Dolj, Giurgiu, Gorj, Ialomița, Mehedinți, Olt, Prahova, Tulcea, Vâlcea, Bucharest – Grivița, Bucharest - Exhibition. Estimated values/quantities for the framework agreement: - for the framework agreement: • minimum framework agreement value: 1,070,916.00 lei excluding VAT; • maximum framework agreement value: 1,167,540.00 lei excluding VAT; • minimum framework agreement quantity: 32,452 hours; • maximum quantity of the framework agreement: 35,380 hours; - for the subsequent contract: • value of the smallest subsequent contract: 152,988.00 lei excluding VAT; • value of the largest subsequent contract: 1,070,916.00 lei excluding VAT; • estimated quantity of the smallest subsequent contract: 4,636 hours; • estimated quantity of the largest subsequent contract: 32,452 hours. During the course of the future framework agreement, changes may occur in the number of hours provided (increase or decrease in the number of hours), as a result of the following situations: 1. increase/decrease in the number of hours related to a position (e.g. a 12-hour/day position may reach 14 hours/day or reach 10 hours/day), 2. by establishing/abolishing some porter positions (equivalent to 244 hours/month), as follows: - establishment of a maximum of 2 new positions x 244 hours = 488 hours/month or - abolition of some porter positions. The number of hours that can be supplemented under the cumulative conditions of points 1 and 2 is 488 hours/month. The duration of subsequent contracts is variable (minimum duration of 1 month).
