Framework agreement for maintenance, operation and upkeep of the bicycle rental system in the municipality of Arad. The minimum and maximum quantities related to the framework agreement and the subsequent contract are found in the Annex to the Specifications. The estimated value of the framework agreement is between 1,890,300.34 lei excluding VAT, of which the value of the services is 1,654,610.00 lei and 8,827,923.54 lei excluding VAT, of which the value of the services is 7,942,128.00 lei. The contracting authority will respond to requests for clarification within the period provided for in section I.3 (20 days) with 11 days from the deadline set for submitting offers, in accordance with the provisions of art. 160 and 161 of Law 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented. The procedure chosen is open online tender, with the conclusion of a four-year framework agreement. The frequency of concluding subsequent contracts is at least one subsequent contract per year, within the limits of the needs of the Contracting Authority and the approved budgetary funds. The maximum value of the subsequent contract is 1,022,202.20 lei excluding VAT, of which the value of the services is 827,305.00 lei excluding VAT and the estimated minimum value of the subsequent contract is 219,387.59 lei excluding VAT, of which the value of the services is 165,461.00 lei excluding VAT.
