Romania – Repair and maintenance services of water meters – „Servicii de demontare/ montare a contoarelor de apă rece și servicii de înlocuire a robinetelor de concesie constatate nefuncționale la branșamentele utilizatorilor”

APAVITAL S.A. as Contracting Entity wishes to purchase services for dismantling/installation of cold water meters under settlement with users in the Iași Metropolitan Area and Iași County Area, as well as the purchase of services for replacing taps located upstream of the meter, called concession taps, found to be non-functional. A. Dismantling/installation of 16,000 pcs. cold water meters equipped with Cyble 5/ Cyble AnyQuest Enhanced radio communication modules under settlement with users, as follows: - 5,000 pcs. located in ZM Iași - the dismantling/installation of the meters will be ensured, moving the Cyble 5 module from one meter to another, with parameterization for pairing with the meter on which it is mounted, with the aim of enrolling it in the fixed network data collection infrastructure; - 11,000 pcs. located in ZJ Iași - the dismantling/installation of the meters will be ensured, the moving of the Cyble AnyQuest Enhanced module from one meter to another, as appropriate, with parameterization in order to pair with the meter on which it is installed, for the purpose of transmitting and collecting data from the vicinity; B. Replacement of concession taps that will be found to be non-functional at the user connections: estimated number 1000 pcs.
