Romania – Repair and maintenance services of X-ray equipment – Achiziţie servicii de reparare şi întreţinere preventivă şi operativă a echipamentului medical Biograph mCT 20 - 2

The procurement of preventive and operative repair and maintenance services for the Biograph mCT 20 medical equipment located at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Craiova is desired, with the general objective of ensuring continuity and smooth operation of the activity of the Imaging Center of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Craiova. The procurement of services will also comply with the provisions of Order no. 44 of 2013 on the Control by periodic verification of medical devices put into operation and in use. The conclusion of a framework agreement for 24 months with a maximum of 2 economic operators by awarding subsequent contracts without resuming the competition. Subsequent contracts will usually be concluded for each budgetary year (between 1 and 4 contracts). The minimum estimated quantity for the entire framework agreement is 6 months of equipment repair and maintenance services, respectively the maximum is 24 months of equipment repair and maintenance services. The estimated value excluding VAT for the smallest framework agreement is 358,040.75 lei excluding VAT and for the largest framework agreement is 1,432,163.00 lei excluding VAT. The minimum estimated quantity for a subsequent contract is 3 months of equipment repair and maintenance services, respectively the maximum is 12 months of equipment repair and maintenance services. The estimated value excluding VAT of the smallest subsequent contract is 179,020.38 lei excluding VAT and the largest subsequent contract is 716,081.50 lei excluding VAT
