Romania – Riverbank protection works

ACTIVITIES: 1) DESIGN; 2) EXECUTION; A) SUBACTIVITIES RELATED TO DESIGN: Subactivity 1 related to Design: - Phase I: DEVELOPMENT OF DOCUMENTATION AND OBTAINING CONSTRUCTION PERMIT: a) as appropriate at the PT phase, updating the Topographic Study – OCPI approved; b) as appropriate at the PT phase, updating the Bathymetric Study; c) as appropriate at the PT phase, updating the Geotechnical Study; d) Technical Project (PT+CS+DDE) and P.O.E.; verified and approved by certified project verifiers and technical experts, at the Contractor's expense; e) as appropriate, updating/obtaining: Documentation for obtaining the Approvals/Agreements/Authorizations and Studies requested by the Urbanism Certificate or by public authorities, including the documentation necessary to obtain the Water Management Approval and Authorization (DTAA); g) Documentation for obtaining the Building Permit (DTAC – PAC) verified and endorsed by certified project verifiers and technical experts, at the Contractor's expense; ATTENTION: The Beneficiary delegates to the CONTRACTOR (Designer and Executor) the tasks arising under the law to carry out all due diligence (including payment of related fees – which will be included in the financial offer) to obtain on behalf of the Beneficiary (at the provider's expense) the following: - as appropriate at the PT phase: OCPI Visa for the Topographic Study (and as appropriate entering the related cadastral documentation into the Integrated Cadastre and Real Estate Advertising System e-Terra); - as appropriate updating/obtaining: Approvals/Agreements/Authorizations and Studies requested by the Urbanism Certificate or by public authorities, including the environmental approval and/or agreement and the Water Management approval and authorization; - Building Authorization (for works related to the investment objective). - Any other approvals/agreements/authorizations/expertise required by public authorities, necessary for the implementation, acceptance and...
