The contract has as its object the design and execution of works, including technical assistance from the designer during the execution period of the works and the technical quality verification of the technical design and the execution details for the investment objective "Implementation of 3000 km of cycle tourism routes at national level" within the National Recovery and Resilience Program, Component 11 - Tourism and culture, Investment I.4 - Implementation of 3000 km of cycle tourism routes, for the cycle tourism route identified at the level of Suceava county. The project proposes the construction/development of approximately 494 km of cycle tourism route along the Via Transilvanica route in the three counties. The present contract has as its object the investment route identified at the level of Suceava county, with a length of 194.355 km, implemented within the framework of the above-mentioned project. The anticipated results by the contracting authority following the award of the works contract, design and execution of works, for the investment objective "Implementation of 3000 km of cycle tourism routes at national level", for the route identified at the level of Suceava county, are: I. DESIGN: The design activity refers to: - Technical documentation necessary to obtain approvals/agreements/authorizations; - Development of the Technical Documentation for authorizing the execution of works (D.T.A.C.); - Development of the Documentation for organizing the execution of works (D.T.O.E.); - Development of the Technical Project, as well as the specifications by specialties for the execution of works, Execution details, technical sheets; - Technical quality verification of the technical documentation - at the D.T.A.C. + P.T.E. phase; - Technical assistance from the designer during the execution of the works and during the warranty period granted to the works until the final acceptance.
