Romania – Road construction works – Reabilitare drum comunal DC14 Felmer-Halmeag în comunele Șercaia și Șoarș din județul brașov

The object of the contract resulting from this procedure is the execution of all works identified in the Technical Project of the objective "Rehabilitation of the DC14 Felmer-Halmeag communal road in the communes of Șercaia and Șoarș in Brașov County", and includes: i. the purchase of all necessary materials and products, all machinery, means and equipment (including any lifting or handling equipment) necessary for the execution of the works; ii. any temporary activity or work necessary for the preparation of the site, or any authorization necessary for the Contractor from the competent authorities for the execution of the works and temporary works; iii. the transport to the site of any materials, machinery, components and work equipment, of any normal or extraordinary means necessary for the execution of the works; iv. any relevant testing and tests, such as these tests and tests required by the legislation and regulations in the field of the quality assurance system in construction; v. any consumables necessary for the execution of the works and the carrying out of the tests; vi. maintenance of the works until their handover to the Contracting Authority; vii activities and consumables necessary to keep the construction site clean and functional, dismantling and removing any temporary works; viii. preparation of any documentation necessary for the Contractor to execute the works, documentation that includes but is not limited to: a. General schedule for the realization of the public investment (physical and value); b. Quality plan for execution; c. Quality control plan (P.C.C.V.I.); d. Certifications and results of material tests. ix. Presentation of the Technical Book of the construction. All activities must be carried out in compliance with the legislation and technical regulations in force, applicable to the specifics of the investment objective. The specific requirements of the works are presented in the Technical Project and the Specifications.
