The design and execution contract for the investment objective "BULEVARDUL MADRID" in the municipality of Constanța consists of carrying out the investment by completing the following stages: A. Design services having as deliverables: a) preparation of technical documentation necessary to obtain approvals/agreements/authorizations - to be completed within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date entered in the Commencement Order; b) preparation of Technical Documentation for Authorizing the Execution of Construction Works (DTAC) and Technical Documentation for Organizing the Execution of Works (DTOE) - to be completed within 60 calendar days from the date entered in the Commencement Order; c) preparation of Technical Project, Execution Details (DDE) and Specifications - to be completed within a maximum of 90 calendar days from the date entered in the Commencement Order. B. Technical assistance from the designer, throughout the execution period of the works, including participation in receptions and whenever required. C. EXECUTION OF THE WORKS The execution of the construction works related to the investment will consist of: a) Ensuring the necessary utilities; b) Description of the technical solution from a technological, constructive, technical, functional and economic point of view;
