DEVELOPMENT OF TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION FOR OBTAINING THE BUILDING PERMIT (DTAC), TECHNICAL PROJECT FOR THE EXECUTION OF THE WORKS (PT), TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FROM THE DESIGNER DURING THE PERIOD OF EXECUTION OF THE WORKS AND EXECUTION OF WORKS FOR THE INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE:  LOT 1 - “MODERNIZATION OF NICOLAE BELDICEANU STREET” The types of works are those described in the design theme /specifications no. 272440 of 12.07.2024/ feasibility study, made available. A. DESIGN, of which: 1. Development of a project for authorizing the execution of the works and technical execution project: 1.1. Technical documentation for obtaining the DTAC building permit; 1.2. Technical project PT. 2. Technical assistance from the designer: 2.1. During the execution of the works; 2.2. For the participation of the designer in the phases included in the control program of the execution works, approved by the State Construction Inspectorate. B. EXECUTION, of which: 1. CONSTRUCTIONS AND INSTALLATIONS: 1.1. Roadway 1.2. Sidewalks 1.3. Accesses to properties 1.4. Consolidations 1.5. Rainwater drainage 1.6. Side roads 1.7. Auxiliary works 1.8. Road signs 2. SITE ORGANIZATION 2.1. Site organization. Total value (design + execution) of 5,280,444.17 LEI excluding VAT, according to the General Estimate of the feasibility study, prepared by the designer SOMEȘ-TOP GRUP S.R.L. is broken down as follows: a) DESIGN value: 62,700.73 LEI excluding VAT b) WORKS EXECUTION value: 5,217,743.44 LEI excluding VAT The bidders will have no obligation in relation to the values of the components, these being indicative, the offer being compared as a whole with the estimated value of the contract.
