The contracting authority aims, through the procurement of works, to create routes dedicated with priority to urban public passenger transport and an infrastructure dedicated to non-polluting modes of transport - cycling and pedestrian transport. Thus, by creating routes dedicated with priority to public transport, as well as through traffic management prioritizing public transport, a change in the main daily mode of travel will be ensured, having as secondary objectives the reduction of the intensive use of personal cars and, implicitly, of GHG and CO2 emissions generated by car transport, the improvement of the quality of the urban environment, by reconfiguring urban spaces and, at the same time, the urban regeneration of the areas crossed by the pedestrian and cycling route. This objective falls within the objectives of the Integrated Urban Development Plan of Baia Mare Municipality. The main objective is to provide an adequately developed, modern and sustainable infrastructure, properly maintained, which will facilitate safe and efficient movement of people and will lead to performances in the sectors: trade, tourism and stimulating initiative in the area. Within the objective Modernization of București, Republicii, Unirii, Traian Boulevards and modernization of Garii Street and creation of dedicated routes with priority to public transport and bicycle lane Section I Unirii and Traian Boulevards, the length of the proposed sectors is: 2336.01m Section I: - Unirii Boulevard, sector length: 952.09 m - Traian Boulevard, sector length: 1383.92 m Total estimated value of the acquisition: 48. 801.987,30 lei excluding VAT, as follows: Of which C+M: 40.639.089,97 lei excluding VAT. Machinery, equipment 8,015,197.33 lei excluding VAT. Endowments 62,200 lei excluding VAT. Intangible assets 85,500 lei excluding VAT.
