Romania – Rolling stock – Achiziție 12 automotoare în tracțiune electrică pe bază de pile de combustie cu hidrogen și achiziționarea serviciilor de mentenanță și reparații a acestor automotoare, necesare funcționării respectivelor automotoare

The procurement will consist of: A) PRODUCTS: 1) 12 electric traction multiple units based on hydrogen fuel cells, according to the minimum requirements specified in the Specifications (TS); 2) Other equipment and accessories, according to the requirements specified in the TS. B) SERVICES: 1) Maintenance and repairs for a period of 15 years. The services are necessary for the operation of the respective multiple units, according to the requirements specified in the TS; 2) Training of personnel regarding the exploitation, operation of RE-H and software applications; 3) Transportation, insurance, commissioning, technical assistance during the warranty period. Considering the provisions of art. 221, para. (1), letter a) of Law no. 98/2016, updated, on public procurement, with subsequent amendments and completions, of art. 72, para. (1), letter (a) of Directive 2014/24/EU and the conclusions of the feasibility study, a REVIEW CLAUSE will be provided in the procurement contract, the possibility of supplementing the maintenance period by another 15 years (15 years +15 years), according to the requirements of the CS. Supplementing the purchased quantities will be possible without organizing a competitive procedure, by concluding additional documents to the procurement contract.
