Romania – Simulators – “SIMULATOR COMPARTIMENT MAȘINĂ”

For the CAR COMPARTMENT SIMULATOR system, which is to be purchased, the following is requested: - supply: sale, full delivery of it and the accessories necessary for assembly and commissioning, - assembly and commissioning services, - performance of functional tests/initial inspection after commissioning, - training of a maximum of 6 people on the functioning of the system. During the warranty period granted, the following will be provided: - preventive maintenance services on the system, with on-site visit(s), if the manufacturer so provides, and whenever necessary, for: • on-site verification and maintenance of the system; • update to the latest developed software version and user training (if applicable); • hardware upgrade and user training (if applicable). - technical support for the remediation of reported non-conformities/notified defects and maintaining the system in operation. Mandatory visit(s) are requested, at no additional cost, whenever necessary depending on the possibilities of remedying the reported non-conformities/notified defects; - software update on the system during the offered warranty period (if there is a new version developed); - hardware upgrade on the system during the offered warranty period (if necessary for the system to function within the requested parameters); - spare parts for the system during the offered warranty period (if it is found that they have failed following the proper use of the equipment by the Contracting Authority). During the post-warranty period of the simulation system (years 3÷12 of the life cycle), at the request of the Contracting Authority, service work will be carried out based on orders/contracts.
