The works contract PH-CL-24 - Establishment of facilities for drying sludge resulting from the treatment process" consists of the performance of the following works: • Sludge dewatering installation (existing technical premises) • Sludge reception station • Technological hall • Reagent management • Other works within the station The contract for the design and execution for the objective "Establishment of facilities for drying sludge resulting from the treatment process" includes: a) Design activities - Technical Execution Project, which will include all the necessary documents according to the legislation and any documentation necessary to obtain permits and authorizations; support for the Beneficiary in obtaining the necessary permits and approvals; b) Construction works; c) Supply and installation of machinery and technological equipment; d) Testing and commissioning; e) Training of the Beneficiary's personnel. f) Remedy of any defects that may occur during the Warranty Period. g) During the execution of the works, the contractor will also provide technical assistance from the designer, with all the legal attributions that are incumbent on him for this purpose. The duration of the design and execution of the works and commissioning of the installations is 18 months, broken down as follows: - Design stage: 6 months, - Works execution period: 9 months - Testing and commissioning period: 3 months The defect notification period (PND) is at least 36 months. The contract remains valid until all obligations are fulfilled by the parties. The value of the contract does not include miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses. In the value of the present contract "Establishment of facilities for drying sludge resulting from the purification process" - no provisioned amounts are provided (implementation reserve).
