The investment envisages the relocation and development of medical activity for the creation of the neurovascular pole - polytraumatology - high-precision surgery by demolishing two existing buildings, consolidating and remodeling the existing building, extending the building bodies with a reinforced concrete structure, with the relocation of existing equipment. A building body of approximately 64,000 sq m will be created, located between the main building and the Orthopedics building and will be connected to the main hospital building and the building currently under construction with financing from the World Bank. The design services and execution of the requested works will be carried out by the Contractor in accordance with the requirements and minimum characteristics/specifications specified in the specifications and the feasibility study with its annexes, which are an integral part of the award documentation. The contractor is also obliged to equip the new infrastructure with the medical equipment and furniture requested by the contracting authority for the equipment of the new hospital unit, the minimum technical specifications of which are described in the annex to the specifications. The contract activities, which include design, execution of works, technical assistance from the designer, infrastructure provision, as well as reception, will be carried out within the time intervals requested in the specifications attached to this tender notice, ultimately fulfilling the indicators approved for the investment objective is mandatory.
