Romania – Specialist agricultural or forestry machinery – Furnizare tractor echipat cu incarcator frontal si cupa de pamant

- purchase of a tractor equipped with a front loader and bucket, with payment in 12 equal monthly installments; Payment mechanism under the contract for the contractor: i) 30% of the value of the product supplied, after delivery and commissioning, within 30 days, based on the invoice issued by the supplier and accepted for payment by the purchaser; ii) the difference of 70% of the value of the product supplied will be paid in 12 equal installments, staggered for monthly payment, starting with the month following the date of delivery, without interest and other costs or commissions. Payment of the installments will be made on the basis of a payment schedule, signed by the purchaser and the contractor.
