The object of the procurement is represented by the supply (purchase) of stationery and office products/articles, as well as their delivery to the addresses indicated by each User. In the context of the role and responsibilities of UCA, given that Stationery and Office Products are included in the category of products that can be purchased in a centralized system, UCA is carrying out this award procedure for the purpose of signing a Centralized Framework Agreement for Stationery and Office Products, which will be used by the Users, following the completion of the award procedure. Full details regarding the products that are the subject of this procurement can be found in the Specifications and its annexes, an integral part of the Award Documentation. The objective of signing the Centralized Framework Agreement is to establish the terms and conditions, as well as unit prices, in order to create the framework that allows the Users of the Centralized Framework Agreement to contract in their own name, depending on their specific needs, the supply (purchase) of products that are the subject of the Centralized Framework Agreement.
