The main objective of the work is to modernize the 110 kV Băiculeşti, Merişani, Goleşti 110 kV and 6.3 kV Budeasa power stations, taking into account the following: - implementation of state-of-the-art modern technological solutions in order to ensure an optimal power circulation regime, reduce own technological consumption and eliminate the risk of accidents for operational service personnel; - implementation of standard communication interfaces for integration into automation and SCADA systems that will be developed at the level of these hydroelectric power plants. The implementation of redundant fiber optic networks between all digital equipment in the field and ensuring synchronization of their internal clock will be considered; - implementation of electrical and non-electrical monitoring systems corresponding to the equipment in the power stations; - implementation of a system for monitoring, storing and interpreting events corresponding to the electrical protections that will be installed in the stations; - adaptation to current legislation in force; - reduction of environmental impact; - reducing material costs and maintenance, preventive and corrective maintenance; - increasing the degree of operational safety, reliability and availability of hydropower units; - obtaining a life cycle of at least equal to the normal operating duration according to HGR 2139/2004 for installations and equipment; - providing non-polluting materials and technologies. - The configurations of the stations, on the primary circuits side, will remain unchanged from a functional point of view, and devices may be added to increase the level of work safety.
