Romania – Transformer substation – “Optimizarea reglajului de tensiune și a parametrilor de calitate a energiei electrice prin instalarea echipamentelor de tip FACTS în stațiile Gutinaș, Suceava și Roșiori”

The achievement of the investment objective "Optimization of voltage regulation and electricity quality parameters by installing FACTS equipment in the Gutinaș, Suceava and Roșiori stations" involves the following activities: • performance of design services: of the Technical Execution Project (TEP) in correlation with the technical proposal; Development of execution details in accordance with the solutions in the TEP; • execution of the implementation works of STATCOM type FACTS (Flexible Alternative Current Transmission Systems) devices in the three RET stations: Gutinaș, Roșiori and Suceava; • updating the documentation for obtaining approvals, authorizations and agreements in accordance with the legislative amendments and the necessary adaptations in the existing installations, at the interface with them. The works for the investment objectives Lot 1, Lot 2 and Lot 3 will be purchased for the supply of the products, works and services necessary for the implementation of each investment separately, including the design which consists of the development of the phases of: Technical execution project, Project for the organization of the construction site, Execution details, As-built. The bidder will ensure the verification by MLPTL and MEC certified verifiers of the projects in the Technical Execution Project phase, as well as the engineering projects for secondary circuits and own services and the correlation with higher hierarchical command levels.
