Romania – Water distribution and related services – Delegarea gestiunii Serviciului de alimentare cu apă potabilă, canalizare și epurare apă menajeră al Comunei Berceni

The object of the contract is the delegation of the management by concession of the Drinking Water Supply, Sewage and Domestic Water Treatment Service of the Berceni Municipality, to an operator that has experience, adequate technical and material equipment, qualified personnel and capacity for the exploitation, maintenance and rehabilitation and modernization of the related infrastructure, under conditions that ensure the provision of the service in compliance with the applicable legal provisions in force. The contracting authority aims to obtain the best quality/price ratio and achieve the performance indicators of the services provided to users at the quality levels and within the deadlines established by the legislation in force and by the local public authority, under conditions that allow the identification and correction of non-conformities while ensuring consumer protection. The bidder designated as the winner following the proposed procedure is obliged to provide in full and without interruption, under the conditions established by the Regulation on the organization and operation of the service and the Specifications for the contractual period, the supply of drinking water, the collection and treatment of domestic wastewater from all users in service area
