The procurement includes a framework agreement for ongoing industrial decontamination of the client's production facilities according to an audit plan and in the event of production disruptions and call-offs. Related work that normally occurs in industrial decontamination work is also included in the scope of the framework agreement. The framework agreement covers both planned and urgent assignments. Urgent needs arise, for example, in the event of a shutdown at waste boiler F5. The requirements for response time are based on the fact that SEAB can in certain cases avoid a production shutdown with the attendant large loss of economic and environmental values. The requirement for resource capacity is based on the fact that SEAB can minimize the loss economically and environmentally in the event of a production shutdown, given that the contractor has high capacity. A framework agreement will be signed with a contractor where all conditions for call-offs are established.
