SiS is procuring staffing services (i.e. personnel hiring) within healthcare that will be delivered to all of SiS's institutions. The procurement aims to ensure patient safety within SiS by meeting the need for staffing shifts that regular staff cannot staff for various reasons. After signing agreements (exxx agreements per tender area), SiS institutions will be able to order staffing services to the extent that SiS institutions need. The staffing services will concern both short-term staffing and long-term staffing. The limit for long-term staffing is when staff will serve more than one working week in the same position. SiS's future orders will therefore vary in scope, ranging from a limited number of hours to longer assignments. The procurement covers staffing services within the service categories of doctors, nurses and psychologists. Within the service categories of doctors and nurses, there is also a need for specialist skills. SiS has a need for the following service categories: Doctor Licensed doctor with specialist competence in general medicine Licensed doctor with specialist competence in adult psychiatry Licensed doctor with specialist competence in child and adolescent psychiatry Nurse Licensed general nurse Licensed nurse with specialist training in psychiatry Licensed nurse with specialist training as a district nurse or equivalent open health care Psychologist Licensed psychologist Due to the fact that SiS has 33 institutions spread from north to south, the procurement has been divided into eight (8) separate tender areas.
