Sweden – Houses construction work – Nybyggnad Regndroppens förskola och Badankan bostäder

The object concerns the construction of a preschool and housing within the Badankan 1 property in Malmö (three-dimensional property). The contract is divided into two main parts as follows: - Main part 1 (HD1): Stadsfastigheter's preschool, 2023 m2 BTA - Main part 2 (HD2): MKB's housing 1867 m2 BTA Main part 1: Floors 10-12 contain a preschool belonging to Stadsfastigheter Malmö City. The preschool contains six children's departments, activity rooms, a studio, a cooking kitchen, staff rooms and technical rooms. Main part 2: Floors 13-16 contain 32 rental apartments belonging to MKB Fastighets AB. There is also a laundry room and a roof terrace on floor 13. MKB also has functions such as a stairwell, environmental room, technical room, stroller and wheelchair storage on floor 10. Most of the outdoor environment on land consists of the preschool yard. The remaining area is shared by Stadsfastigheter and MKB to meet requirements for, among other things, bicycle and car parking.
