SiS intends to procure profile products that follow SiS's graphic profile and meet the wishes of SiS employees. The profile products will be used internally at SiS and as giveaways during trade fairs and other external events to draw attention to SiS as a brand. Profile products will be called up by SiS via the authority's e-commerce system, whereby the supplier distributes printed and completed profile products based on the quantity that SiS needs. The supplier undertakes to own and stock the agreed profile products for the Customer in accordance with the procurement documents. The Customer undertakes to call up the remaining profile products from the supplier at the end of the contract up to a maximum value of SEK 100,000. Based on the needs analysis and information collection with reference to future purchasing needs, the estimated contract value for the entire contract period (including extension options) is SEK 1,800,000 excluding VAT.
