Tender area 1: Basic consultants (students) The client is an actor that offers services that are publicly funded and that work according to the triple helix. Basic consultants include simpler work/roles within projects/assignments that the client may call for under the framework agreement, such as work with market research, work with reviewing reports or other work with reports. See specification regarding requirements for basic consultants in the attached document "3. Requirements for the service". LEAD i Östergötland AB will not procure within tender area 1. | Tender area 2: Consultants (level 1-3) The client is an actor that offers services that are publicly funded and that work according to the triple helix. In general for all services, the supplier must be able to offer consultants with experience from those conditions. The examples given below reflect at an overall level the services/roles that the Client may call for under the framework agreement: Project manager Process manager Innovation manager Project administrators Sustainability experts Communicators Business coaches Workshop leader Documenter Project evaluator (especially with experience in EU-funded projects) Specialists in AI, IoT, cybersecurity, visualization or another technology area Business developer with a background in the public sector. Bid manager with a specialty in public calls (EU, Vinnova, the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Development or similar). However, the Supplier must at least be able to offer consulting services in the areas specified below in accordance with what is stated in the attached document "3. Requirements for the service". Appendix "3. Requirements for the service" also contains specifications regarding other requirements.
