The subject of the contract is the modernization of the existing tram line located in the urban area of the city of Bratislava, in the districts of Bratislava I, Bratislava II and Bratislava III, mainly in the city district of Bratislava-Staré Mesto and Bratislava-Ružinov with partial reconstruction of the supply and return lines located in the city district of Bratislava-Nové Mesto. It passes through the streets of Špitálska, Krížna, Trnavská cesta, Miletičova, Záhradnícka, Ružinovská up to the intersection with Čmelíkova street. The construction includes the construction of a new exchange office Astronomická at the turn and the modernization of two exchange offices Legionárska and Ružová dolina on Legionárska and Bajkalská streets. The construction begins at the intersection of Špitálska/Ul. 29. augusta, where the line continues to the old state and the beginning of the definition station of the modernized line km 0.000 in track no. 1 (left in the direction of the station). The end of the construction is at the intersection of Ružinovská/Čmelíkova streets at station km 4.988. The construction area is defined by the width of the street space or the tram body defined mainly by curbs. The construction site consists of the tram body, the area of adjacent roads and reconstructed intersections, pedestrian areas, sidewalks and greenery. The Client is interested in implementing the Work on the basis of a contract for work concluded with the Contractor, which will be governed by the contractual terms and conditions for technological equipment and design - implementation, for electrotechnical and mechanical-technological works and for construction and engineering works designed by the Contractor (Yellow Book, first edition 1999, published by the International Organization of Consulting Engineers FIDIC, Slovak translation, SACE 2008) (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract for Work" and "FIDIC General Conditions").
