The subject of contracts awarded in the dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter referred to as DNS) is the supply, in particular, of information and promotional items that are commonly available on the market and that are classified according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary (hereinafter referred to as CPV), in particular within the scope of groups 392, 798, 185 and 301, including services related to their delivery to the delivery points and unloading of the goods into the warehouse at the destination. The contracting authority will, as necessary, also use another specific CPV code from group 392 or another group according to the CPV to classify the goods. The contracting authority will announce a specific contract using DNS on the basis of a Call for Tenders (hereinafter referred to as a Call for Tenders). The exact specification of the subject of the contract will be stated in the relevant Call for Tenders within the framework of the award of a specific contract in accordance with the tender documents. The contracting authority expects to award specific contracts within the DNS at unspecified, irregular intervals, which will depend on the current needs of the contracting authority. Likewise, the volume of specific contracts awarded within the dynamic purchasing system, the contracting authority expects to range from units to thousands of units in a specific contract awarded within the dynamic purchasing system. The specific scope of the subject matter of the contract, as well as its detailed specification, including specific delivery points, will be part of individual calls within the established DNS, which will be sent to all eligible candidates via the JOSEPHINE information system.
