A. Construction of a new RES electricity generation facility, which is a facility or group of facilities that use solar energy for the direct generation of electricity, and which will be connected at a common point (take-off and delivery point) directly or via a transformer to a direct line, to the distribution system or to the transmission system with a total installed capacity of 0.5 MW. B. Construction of a new electricity storage facility ("battery system") connected at the take-off and delivery point of the RES electricity generation facility referred to in the previous point A. The subject of the contract also includes transport to the place of performance, assembly and start-up, including functional tests, engineering, inspection and training of operators for operation, including instruction for routine operation and maintenance.
