Slovakia – Printing and related services – PRENÁJOM TLAČIARNÍ A SÚVISIACE SLUŽBY

The subject of the contract is the rental of multifunctional photocopiers (hereinafter referred to as “MFP” or “printers”), software and licenses (SW for managing personalized printing jobs, SW support licenses, terminal services, etc.), configuration, installation of devices, establishment and provision of personalized printing services, including the supply of consumables (except office paper) and the implementation of works and related service services (i.e. complete service coverage) at the place of installation and delivery for a period of 48 months. The subject of the contract requires the rental of printers in a total quantity of 18 pcs specified in detail in section “B1 Description of the subject of the contract” with an option for an additional 10 pcs of devices and related services. The service is defined at the location at Komenského 2622/48, 011 09 Žilina and the branch at Hollého 2, 010 01 Žilina. The deployment of printers is required for office and common areas in the interior of the relevant buildings.
