Slovakia – Railway and tramway locomotives and rolling stock and associated parts – Nákup elektrických jednotiek pre diaľkovú dopravu s 10-ročným servisom

The subject of the contract is the supply of 8 electric units (hereinafter referred to as "EJ") intended for daily domestic and international long-distance transport with the possibility of supplying an additional 7 EJs under the Option. The EJs will be deployed mainly on ZSSK trains with the possibility of operation also on trains of the balancing partner on selected route sections in Austria, the Czech Republic and the Republic of Hungary. All EJs, including optional ones, must be identical, i.e. of a uniform concept and technical design. The expected operational life of the EJ is at least 30 years from the date of protocol acceptance of each individual EJ. The subject of the contract includes the supply of accompanying technical documentation, training of the contracting authority's employees in the operation, maintenance and operation of the subject of the contract and the supply of diagnostic equipment. The subject of the contract also includes the performance of repairs to the EJs for a period of 10 years.
