We require the delivery and installation of 5 sets of traction batteries for SOR ENS 12 electric buses, along with the ecological disposal of worn-out traction batteries. Traction battery type: EVC 2000 NMC 18650 traction battery for 180 modules Traction battery capacity: 364Ah / 242kWh The delivery and price must include: - Dismantling of worn traction batteries from the electric bus - New battery cells - Integration of battery cells into modules and boxes - Installation of reconditioned traction batteries on the electric bus - New injection of traction battery baskets - Electrical equipment required for replacement - Formatting and reviving the battery system in the vehicle - Functionality check and test drive with the participation of the contracting authority - Ecological disposal of worn traction batteries - Transport from and to the reconditioning site - Costs for warranty service of batteries - Documentation and declaration of conformity Additional conditions: - Warranty of 36 months or 2000 charging cycles with residual energy of at least 80% of the nominal energy of the traction battery The bidder must state the exact technical parameters of the new battery cells, including the capacity of the reconditioned traction battery, which must not be lower than the capacity of the original traction battery and a brief procedure for reviving the vehicle's battery system. | We require the delivery and installation of 2 sets of traction batteries for SOR EBN 8 electric buses along with the ecological disposal of worn-out traction batteries.
