Slovakia – Repair and maintenance services of generators – Oprava vinutia generátorov na VE Gabčíkovo

The subject of the contract is the repair of the stator winding of generators TG1, TG2, TG3, TG4, TG5, TG6, TG7 with minimal intervention in the construction of the generator winding as well as the inspection of the generator winding TG8 after the repair in 2023 based on and to the extent of the request of the contracting authority. The contracting authority requires, within the scope of the contract, to supply the necessary material for the repair of the generator winding in full accordance with the submitted technical documentation. The subject of the contract will be the following works: - Repair of the stator winding of generators carried out either: - with the rotor being pulled out and complete repair of all accessible defects of the stator winding - applies to generators TG2 and TG5. - without the rotor being pulled out, partially repairing accessible places with the most serious damage to the stator winding insulation - applies to generators TG1, TG3, TG4, TG6, TG7. - In the case of repairs involving rotor removal, the contracting authority, under the guidance and in cooperation with the contractor's chief fitter, will ensure the removal of the rotor, its storage in the assembly hall of the Gabčíkovo hydroelectric power plant, and after the repair, the reassembly of the generator rotor under the guidance and in cooperation with the contractor's chief fitter and the contractor. The contractor's work includes putting the generator into operation in cooperation with the contracting authority. - The contracting authority requires a chief assembler for the entire scope of work. For work that requires the contractor's cooperation, the contracting authority will provide the contractor with cooperation, including work on removing and reinserting the rotor.
