Slovakia – Software maintenance and repair services – IKVC - aplikačná a prevádzková podpora

The subject of the contract is i) provision of IKVC operational and application support services to the extent specified in the tender documents, ii) provision of flat-rate software modification services in the amount of 50 man-days/month in the scope and method of solution specified in the tender documents, iii) provision of software modification services based on an order in the expected scope of a maximum of 650 man-days during the duration of the contract. The result of the public procurement will be the conclusion of a contract for a fixed period, namely for 24 months from its entry into force. The IKVC system is a comprehensive system for the sale of international and domestic tickets and transport documents, including reservations in rail passenger transport. It is built in accordance with international standards of the International Union of Railways (UIC). It performs several other functions necessary for the management of passenger train transport. This includes, for example, connections to surrounding countries and the pan-European transport route, statistical outputs on passenger transport, connections to the economic information system of the contracting authority, data for creating train transport schedules or connections to other types of sales channels. IKVC includes a set of application software. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in the tender documents.
